Steve joined CollabraTech Solutions after eight years as Senior Vice President with Advanced Integration Technologies (AIT), where his strategic leadership of more than 600 team members in the U.S. and Asia resulted in impressive revenue growth, record profit margins and two mergers during his tenure. With full P&L and Strategic Planning responsibilities, Steve has built a technically and operationally sound foundation at Collabratech, innovative products and services, and a team postured for continued success.
Steve was also instrumental in the startup of two new technology companies, where his leadership helped to establish high-volume production capabilities, develop and implement company strategic direction, manage scale-up of operations as well as form and nurture strategic partnerships. He began his career with 10 years of engineering and operations positions with the Boeing Company. Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, a Master's of Engineering Management from Washington State University and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. He has both the business background and technical training to understand the multifaceted ins and outs of technical design and streamlined manufacturing operations.
John is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. With a background in equipment engineering that spans several decades, John honed his skills in electromechanical system operations and maintenance during his tenure in the United States Navy. His Navy experience equipped him with the necessary expertise for his role in equipment engineering at Motorola.
Driven by his curiosity and desire to comprehend the intricacies of equipment, John expanded his knowledge and took on various challenges in process engineering, including diffusion, implantation, metals, and dry etch. Recognizing his capabilities, John was entrusted with a lead role in designing new equipment for Motorola's Advanced Research and Development Laboratory. Subsequently, he relocated to Austin, where he oversaw all aspects of equipment manufacturers, equipment procurement, and facility setup to facilitate the launch of new operations.
In 1987, John joined Flopure (now Praxair), a startup gas equipment manufacturer, and played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leader in gas cabinets and tool upgrades for the semiconductor industry. Building on his entrepreneurial spirit, John founded Norcimbus in 1990, assembling a team of skilled equipment engineers to develop cutting-edge gas and chemical delivery equipment specifically tailored for the semiconductor industry. Over the years, Norcimbus expanded its product portfolio and offered a comprehensive range of solutions, which has seamlessly integrated into CollabraTech's lineup of gas and liquid delivery systems, controllers, and components.
Tim is responsible for engineering operations and personnel while supporting the company's strategic development activities. His technical expertise is diverse within engineering methods and fabrication techniques of custom & capital equipment systems. As an innovator, Tim has numerous patents in a broad range of industries. He holds a BSME from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Prior to joining CollabraTech Solutions, Tim held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Advanced Integration Technologies (AIT) and its merger with Ultra Clean Technologies (UCT). With engineering excellence and customer quality in mind, he selected key engineering disciplines to architect the methods and controls that support product development. The results allow the engineering function to augment our customers engineering resources in product support or act stand-alone within a total design solution.
In addition, Tim has in excess of 25 years capital equipment experience within the Semiconductor industry. He has managed multi-national development teams for ASM International, Tokyo Electron and Materials Research Corporation for the successful launch of PVD, CVD and ALD next generation deposition platforms.
Greg has over 34 years of global operational experience as a senior technology executive in the semiconductor equipment and materials industry. He is a positive, outgoing leader that values establishing highly functional teams using his proven ability with business transformation, commercial and business success in leading and directing a global business (P&L $200 million annually), business development and diverse experience in capital equipment, gasses, chemicals, pharmaceutical, food and service team management.
With this extensive experience, in-depth executive network and focus on customer relationships, Greg is currently leading the global business development and strategic planning efforts at Collabratech Solutions as the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Collabratech Solutions, he was Vice President and General Manager at Mega Fluid Systems where he led the company in generating record annual sales and multiple years of doubling overall revenue. He created a stable business foundation and an improved company culture. Mega Fluid Systems is a specialty equipment, parts and service business for the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.
Prior to Collabratech Solutions, Greg held various senior management positions at Versum Materials and Air Products. For 5 years, he was the organization leader for the management of the global Intel account to develop and maximize strategic business and technology in specialty chemicals and gasses, industrial gasses, bulk gas and chemical equipment, onsite plants and services.He began his career in the chemical industry with 14 years of engineering, sales, and sales management functions at Monsanto Company and Ashland Chemical Company. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
Mike is the Director of Operations of the CTS business unit. He manages process details from purchase order receipt to product shipment. He is a seasoned professional with background in production management, planning, master scheduling, project/program management, just to name a few. Mike has been in the Semiconductor Industry for 20 years supporting system integration, new product introduction and business unit management in support of semiconductor equipment, medical automation equipment, consumer products, and custom automation.
Pete has a proven track record of success in development and structure of engineering organization throughout many industries. He has led all facets of engineering and program management and has deep-rooted passion in process development, process improvement and following core engineering disciplines to drive results to satisfy challenging customer requirements.
Prior to joining CollabraTech Solutions, Pete held the position of Director, NPI Program Management / Engineering at Advanced Integration Technologies (AIT) and its merger with Ultra Clean Technologies (UCT). He was responsible for developing and implementing a new NPI (New Product Introduction) process encompassing all phases of new product release through the shipment of complete integrated capital equipment. Responsibilities included developing a new Manufacturing Engineering group supporting the higher-level manufacturing requirements. Leading the site on customer business relations, managing business recovery with high profile customers which included requalification of sub-tier suppliers to support this recovery.
He also provided leadership and guidance in the engineering organization structure and developed New Product Introduction organization structure.
In addition, Pete has more than 30 years of capital equipment design and manufacturing experience within the semiconductor, medical, industrial, photonics, aerospace, and military sectors. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering
